If Suarez threw all the elbows Fellaini did today, he’d have another 10-match ban.

tsvenson:

End on an era, today is Jamie Carragher’s last derby game as a Liverpool player. Its going to be special and emotional. Not just for Carra, but for everyone that follows Liverpool. I’m sure lots of supporters for other teams will miss him too, he has been a true hero for and inspiration for so many.

If I would pick one moment it has to be the Champion League final 2005. Liverpool had come back from 0-3 to 3-3 again Milan, it was extra time. Carra was down on his back in our penalty box with cramp. No more subs possible, Carra was in agony and team mates scrambled to help him. Did that stop him? No, of course not, he kept fighting the last minutes to help the team and protect the goal.

Its that spirit, never give up attitude, that has made him into the Liverpool legend he truly is.

Carra, you will for sure never walk alone. Thanks for all the years of thrill you have given us.
